The range of Marine Barbecues is so versatile that they are a three-in-one cooking appliance.  By replacing the regular hotplate with the Oven rack, your barbecue becomes a Stove Top or an Oven.  When using it as an oven with the lid closed, yo place the food towards the back of the barbecue and only light the front burner.  (No Direct heat).
