Gas Fitting to suit disposable gas bottles

The disposable gas fitting enables the use of the small disposable gas bottles. This is a handy option, even as a backup in case your tank runs out. These tanks will cook about 5 barbecues and are only around $8 each from camping stores. They are safe and save having a large tank onboard. Fitting and bottles sold separately

Spitroast Assembly

This rotisserie or Spitroast assembly is an optional extra for the Galleymate 1100, 1500 and 2000. It is powered by either Mains Power or 2 D-cell batteries.

Oven Rack

The optional Oven Rack can be used as an alternative to the hotplate. This enables your barbecue to be used as a Stove top and an Oven so you can boil the kettle, use a saucepan or frying pan. With the lid closed, it operates like a regular oven enabling you to bake bread, casseroles or a roast dinner.

Cooking Rack

The Cooking Rack fits directly over the top of the burners, giving close contact with the heat. By removing the hotplate and inserting the Cooking Rack, the barbecue becomes a Stove-top or an Oven.

Telescopic Rod

The Telescopic Rod is available as an extra support for larger models of our barbecues or for those who are planning to mount the Barbecue as a permanent fixture on the boat. It provides extra stability when required.
